Known for its rugged coastline, medieval castles, and rural landscapes, the Isle of Man has a rich Celtic and Norse heritage. English is widely spoken, though Manx Gaelic is being revived. The island is famous for the annual Isle of Man TT motorcycle race, a major international sporting event, and its unique legal system, including the world’s oldest continuous parliament, Tynwald.
